You may have questions about our shipping policy.  Below is a summary of what customers ask the most.  If you do not find what you look for, please contact us for more details.

When will you ship my Irises? Our shipping seasons runs from mid August through late October. You may request a special shipping date during that period.  Shipping is done on a first ordered first shipped basis.  If you order before July (from February to June), your orders are usually shipped in August. 

Our shipping for 2010  begins on August 15, 2010.  Orders are processed and shipped in the sequence of order dates.  We ship until September 30, 2010. 

How do you ship my Iris? We ship iris via post office's Priority mail or First Class mail which usually takes 2~3 or 3~5 business days to arrive. 

Do you ship Iris overseas? We do export Iris overseas, but these shipments also require additional expenses for shipping and inspection. Please contact us if you're interested in placing an overseas order for terms that are specific to your country. Our minimum overseas order is $100.00.

How much is your S&H fees?  In general, for each order we charge $2.60 handling fees, then about $1.30~$1.65 shipping per Iris plant.  Actual shipping charge depends on your zip code.  You are encouraged to find out the actual S&H by:

PRETENDING that you are going to buy it online, putting the items into shopping cart, and proceeding to check-out.  After you fill in all necessary information, such as shipping address and choose PRIORITY shipping method, then click “Summarize Order”, you will see what S&H fees would be. 

Are there ways to save on S&H fees?  Yes, if you plan to order quite a few Irises, we strongly encourage you to purchase by multiple of 3 or Iris collections.  The S&H charges for our multiple of 3 Irises and Iris collections are much lower than if ordered individually.  If you plan to order more than 40 Irises, we will have additional discount on S&H.  Contact us for details.
